Refund policy
Due to the randomized and surprise-based nature of mystery box products, all mystery box sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with contents, personal preference, or change of mind.
For non-mystery items, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
