Final Sale Policy
All products sold during our TikTok Live Stream events are special promotional items offered at exclusive discounted prices. These are final sale products and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping policy
Standard Shipping usually takes about 10 - 12 days
Please keep in mind that shipping delays may be longer than usual during big sale seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Week.
It is also possible that delays will surpass typical shipment timeframes owing to events beyond our control, such as a pandemic, a strike, or labor action by postal or port services.
We make every effort to have your order ready as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for:

● Customs delays (international returns not accepted)
● Carrier delays (weather, strikes, etc.)
